Due Diligence will take several weeks with an expected close date of 3/31/10. If the deal closes, US Metro will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Cinnabar. US Metro will operate as an independent company and will continue to service the telecommunications needs of the Southwest Florida business community. Cinnabar is headquartered in Fort Myers, FL and is also committed to the Southwest Florida market. Under this new structure, US Metro will continue its focus on providing highly reliable communications services in the Southwest Florida market and will also establish new capabilities for connectivity to other areas of the country.
There will be no impact to the services that customers currently receive from US Metro. Our Headquarters and our Network Operations Center (NOC) remain located in Bonita Springs, FL and the contact information for both the Network Operations Center and our Customer Care Team has not changed.
